As the saying goes ‘an apple a day keeps the doctor away’. Apple is a fruit, loved by many especially kids extremely rich in dietary fiber, antioxidants and flavonoids. It is one of the most cultivated and consumed fruits in the world.  They come in red and green colours and contain almost no fat, sodium or cholesterol.

Apples help reduce the risk of cancer, hypertension, diabetes and heart disease. Apple is a miracle fruit that has lots of benefits.

Apples are very good for pregnant women, children and the aged people. So cultivate the habit of eating one apple everyday.
