GUILD-LINES TO BRUSHING YOUR TEETH

Brushing your teeth is an important part of your dental care routine. For a healthy mouth and smile….

-Brush your teeth twice a day with a soft-bristled brush. The size and shape of your brush should fit your mouth allowing you to reach all areas easily.

-Replace your toothbrush every three or four months, or sooner if the bristles are frayed. A worn toothbrush won’t do a good job of cleaning your teeth.

-Make sure you are using a good toothpaste.

HERE ARE FEW BRUSHING TECHNIQUES;

-Place your toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to the gums.

-Gently move the brush back and forth in short (tooth-wide) strokes.

-Brush the outer surfaces, the inner surfaces, and the chewing surfaces of the teeth.

-To clean the inside surfaces of the front teeth, tilt the brush vertically and make several up-and-down strokes.

DANGERS OF DATING A MARRIED MAN

TRUTH BE TOLD! Two out of every five men has had an affair by the age of 45. If you're the other woman, you might be in for a lot of hurt and heartache. If you think your married lover is going to leave his wife for you, think again! The fact that he didn't end his relationship with his wife before starting to date you is something you need to seriously consider. You might be in love and believe he is your soul mate, but guess what!? “A real soul mate would not set you on the sidelines."

If you have eyes for a married guy, you’re probably sitting here looking for every excuse under the sun to rationalise what you’re thinking of doing. But here’s the cold, hard truth: pursuing a married man isn’t worth it! Here’s why;

COMMITMENT ISSUES AND LOST TIMES; The married man might tell you he loves you, or even say his wife never made him feel the way you did. But be careful. He does not have to commit, because he can use the excuse that he is married and he can't leave his wife or the kids need him. He can drag out your relationship for years. You might miss out on opportunities to meet the love of your life and get married. You could end up putting your whole life on hold for this man. You will be the one suffering and waiting. Unless he divorces his wife right away, you just don't know how long you will wait.

TRUST FACTORS; you are dating a married man, after all. This means he has been dishonest with his wife. How can you trust him when it comes to your relationship? What kind of person takes up with someone else while still married? He might tell you he and his wife are both OK with the situation, but you just don't know. He might say his wife is a horrible person and try to put her down, but again, you don't know. It's not a good sign that he'll cheat on someone instead of being honest and working on the relationship. If his wife really is as horrible as he says she is, that calls into question his taste and judgement in women. If he has a pattern of not choosing the right woman for him, that doesn't bode well for your relationship.

GUILT ISSUES; you don't know the nature of his relationship with his wife. However, when you put yourself in his wife's shoes, you see things differently. How would you feel if that happened to you? But in this situation, you are the other woman and you are coming between him and his family. Guilt can set in as you think about what you are doing to his wife.

LONELINESS AND DEPRESSION; you’re going to spend many nights alone when you date a married man. He might give you the excuse that he needs to do something with the kids. You might go a week or more without seeing him. If this goes on for years, you will suffer a lot to live your relationship around his life and schedule. You basically will live according to his whims. You will not be able to call him at home. He will probably spend holidays with his family. The loneliness can cause you to feel depressed as you realise how much you have sacrificed to stay in this relationship with him.

ROBERTO MARTINEZ RULES OUT SELF FROM REAL MADRID VACANT HEAD COACH POSITION

Roberto Martinz was quick to dismiss talk of possible contact with Real Madrid over the vacant head coach position on Friday.
The Belgium boss speculated to be one of the leading candidates to succeed Julan Lopetegui on a permanent basis following his sack at the end of October.

However, Martinez insists his only concern is Belgium national league matches with Iceland and Switzerland, which occur next week.

“I don’t want to say whether I or my agent had contact with real Madrid”, he told a news conference.

“This is irrelevant and would be of little respect in the run-up to the matches against Switzerland and Iceland. That’s what we are doing now”

When pressed on whether Madrid could be an option i his future, Martinez replied. “I don’t want to talk about anything other than the matches against Switzerland and Iceland.

Martinez has long been earmarked as one of the favorite for the Madrid job, along with Chelsea boss Antonio Conte.

However rumor is building that interim coach Santiago Solari could be offered the role full-time after leading the team to three wins and no goals conceded in three games.

TOILET HYGIENE

The toilet, like the bathroom, is a humid area of the house, due to the amount of water in the cistern. A toilet is also a perfect place for germs and bacteria to breed. So it is extremely crucial to always flush the toilet with the toilet lid down. This practice will reduce the spread of bacteria in the toilet.

Clean your toilet brushes: Remember to clean the toilet brush which can spread bacteria if not cleaned after every use. Wash toilet brush with disinfecting detergent.

As toilet hygiene is very important, here are some few tips to ensure that. Sweep the floor and pick up any trash: When sweeping, start in one corner of the bathroom and sweep in overlapping strokes toward a single area. Collect trash and put it in the dustbin.

Disinfect all high-touch areas: Disinfect toilet flush handles, door knobs, faucets, paper towel dispensers, stall locks, light switches, and wall etc. Disinfectants need to sit on a surface for several minutes in order to kill pathogens. Use floor cleaning solution to scrub floors, baseboards, tiles, grout and especially the areas around toilets and urinals.

Clean the mirror and lights:  Clean mirrors with a tissue paper. Dust and disinfect lights, vents, faucets, fans and light switches. Shut the lid before you flush: Every time you flush the toilet, bacteria are projected into the air and then cover all the surrounding surfaces. So, it is extremely crucial to always flush the toilet with the toilet lid down. This practice will reduce the spread of bacteria in the toilet.

Clean your toilet brushes:  Remember to clean the toilet brush which can spread bacteria if not cleaned after every use. Wash toilet brush with disinfecting detergent. Toilet brushes should be changed at least once every six months.

Ventilate your toilet:  Air the toilet to reduce the level of humidity in the room and check that the ventilation system is working properly. Allow floor to dry fully. The fastest way to do this is by using a dry mop, which can help sop up any solution that’s left on the floor after mopping. This practice also helps reduce the risk of slips and falls.

Use Toilet Seat Sanitizer:
Clean the toilet seat daily with a product specifically designed to reduce the spread of bacteria. If you have children, do the same for their toilet seat as well. Use products like toilet seat sanitizer spray which removes harmful germs and bacteria.

Wash your hands regularly:
Go over the flush and the taps with extra care as they are breeding grounds for bacteria. These are ideal places to pick up microbes as they are in direct contact with our hands. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap every time you use the toilet.

Toilet seats can be downright difficult to get a sparkling status, which means you end up spending much more time than you would like, crouching down beside the toilet scrubbing away.

A Texas man Johnnie Lee Carter has been arrested for reportedly gluing an infant’s mouth and eyes shut with glue at a motel. 29-year-old Carter allegedly choked a 14-month-old baby and punched her in the head and rib cage, before using a Crazy Glue stick to cover the child’s mouth and eyes, the Dallas News reported.

FINDING TRUE LOVE AND LIVING YOUR BEST LIFE ALONG THE WAY.

There are no guarantees in life, but there are ways to improve the odds!

The quest for romantic love is as old as the human race.In fact, some experts believe it is even older, as certain animals also exhibit strong bonding behaviours and even monogamy

Yet the irony of love is that the harder you look for it, the less likely you are to actually find it.

While some people seem destined to be alone, the reality is that love is almost always out there, just waiting to be discovered. Most of the time, finding love is a matter of time, patience, and ending the active hunt.

Following these five steps will increase your chances of finding love while ensuring you are emotionally healthy and balanced no matter what the future holds!

1. Become OK with being on your own. Believe it or not, while romantic love is a very powerful drive, it is not actually necessary for survival. Everyone needs a support system, but this can come from friends and family as well as a romantic partner. Learn to manage the day-to-day tasks of running your home, balancing your budget, caring for your car, raising your children, and enlisting help as needed. Knowing that you can manage life on your own is very empowering and prevents you from entering into bad relationships based on neediness or desperation.

2. Prepare yourself for love. Clear the baggage out of your life. forgive your exes. Let go of past hurts. Heal your emotional wounds, address any anxieties or self-doubts that are holding you back, and develop balance. Learn to love, respect, and even cherish yourself. Get to know the person you truly are. Learn your likes and dislikes. Figure out your values, goals, hopes, and dreams. Decide what is truly important to you. Find your voice and your boundaries.

Only when you have a good sense of who you are and how to emotionally nurture yourself are you ready to enter a lasting romantic relationship. No matter how good your love might be, it will be tested in innumerable ways. You need to be confident in yourself and your own needs and desires in order to choose a compatible partner and be at your best throughout life’s storms.

3. Learn to say yes to new experiences. So many times, people automatically say no to new experiences. It is easy to become comfortable and complacent in your daily life, even if you are not truly happy with your circumstances. Yet how will you know when the right person is ready to meet you if you never venture outside your comfort zone?

We are confronted with a vast array of choices and options every single day, so try saying yes to those that are new and unusual. Maybe you will meet the partner of your dreams at that new Chinese restaurant your best friend wants to try. Perhaps he lives in the small town where you’ve been meaning to visit your grandmother. Or she could be the interesting-looking new girl at work who you thought about inviting for drinks. The more you say yes to experiences, the more opportunities you give love to find you.

4. Relax and enjoy the journey. There is a natural human tendency to think solely of the end game and our desired results. If you can’t picture yourself growing old with the guy you just had dinner with, then you might feel like the evening was wasted. Yet every date teaches you something about yourself or what you want in a partner.

And not everything is at it seems. The person you appeared incompatible with at first could turn out to be your true love once you get to know each other a little better. Either way, the journey is a valuable experience that is to be treasured, not a necessary evil that you have to endure on your way to finding love.

5. Know when to walk away. Some people are so eager to find love that they overly romanticise each and every partner. We all have a friend who is planning her wedding after the first date or picking out baby names on his three month anniversary. Optimism is healthy, but when it comes from a place of desperation or fear, it can lead people to stay in relationships long after they have run their course.

If you find yourself constantly excusing your partner’s bad behaviour, believing in change long after the person has expressed a lack of interest in changing, or wishing that someone else would come along and rescue you, it might be time to walk away.

Remember, the time you spend hanging onto a doomed relationship is time you could be spending on the search for your true love.
