LIONEL MESSI WANTS NEYMAR BACK FROM PARIS

The Brazilian top player is said to be unhappy and unsettled in Paris and is open to a return to the Nou Camp. Lionel Messi is understood to be a prime mover in plans to take Neymar back to Barcelona and would be perfectly
willing to welcome his former teammate back.

 The Brazilian's controversial world-record move to Paris Saint-Germain in 2017 shocked football and created a huge degree of acrimony around the Camp Nou squad and hierarchy, but it hasn't fully worked out in the manner the 26-year-old had hoped. The move was partly made so Neymar could potentially usurp Messi and Ronaldo as the best player in the world, he was not even on the shortlist for this year's Fifa The Best Award, and is generally said to be unhappy and unsettled in Paris.

MANCHESTER CITY ARE TOPS OF THE TABLE AND THEY ARE STILL GETTING BETTER:

The entire premier league should be worried. ‘We can improve,’ the Manchester City manager stated ominously after the
Tottenham win, and the way he said it suggests he means a lot If their win to another big-six side wasn’t worrying enough, there were then Pep Guardiola’s words after it. “We can improve,” the Manchester City manager stated, with the way he said it implying he means it a lot.
This, remember, is a team that has now gone away to Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool and claimed seven points without conceding a single goal. And sure enough, that Liverpool team might be similarly unbeaten and only behind City at the top of the table on goal difference – making this just the fifth time in history that the two sides have won eight of their opening 10 games – but what is more worrying for them in regards this title race is that issue of depth: how far City can still go as a team; how far they can go without dropping points.

HOW TO MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS

We all know most people love entangling themselves with other people’s private conversations, lives and problems.Its often tempting to get involved, most times. However, interrupting or entangling yourself with personal dramas that don’t directly affect you can be both unhelpful to the parties concerned and damaging to your own mental health. You will be happier and earn more respect from your peers if you learn when and how to mind your own business. Minding your own business doesn’t mean evading responsibility or ignoring the world around you. It simply means knowing when it’s best to avoid interfering in other peoples affairs in your everyday lives.

1. The first step to do this is to recognize if an issue directly concerns you, don’t interfere if you’re not an immediate participant.

2. Respect boundaries know that everyone has a right to privacy and each person oversees their own lives

3 Access the risk involved in a situation before interfering, a child with a bad habit could be cautioned if its detrimental to the child’s health and well-being that’s just been responsible especially if no one else does.

4. Don’t butt in, most especially if there is an event, meeting or party that you have not been invited, the best thing to do is to simply walk away.

5. Don’t offer unsolicited advice. It’s tempting to weigh in when you see something that doesn’t merge with your own daily practices or lifestyle choices. However, doing so implies that you know better. People are not likely to take kindly to your intervention unless they’re explicitly seeking it

10 WAYS TO ENCOURAGE YOUR CHILD TO BE PHYSICALLY ACTIVE

Did You Know that only 1 in 3 children are physically active everyday? Research has shown that less than 50% of the time spent in sports practice, playing games and physical education class is not enough to be considered physical exercise, since about 1 out of 3 children are overweight. Overweight children have every possibility to become
overweight teens or even overweight adults. Parents can play a key role in helping their child become more physically active.

Here are 10 ways to do this :

1. Talk with your child's doctor. Doctors have a special way of convincing people most especially children. Your child's doctor can help them understand why physical activity is important and also suggest a sport or activity that is best for them.

2. Find a fun activity. Help your child find a sport that she/he enjoys. The more they enjoy the activity, the more likely they will continue it. Get the entire family involved as it is a great way to spend time together.

3.Endeavour to choose an activity that is developmentally appropriate.For example, a 7- or 8-year-old child is not ready for weight liftingor a 3-mile run, but soccer, bicycle riding, and swimming are all appropriate activities.

4.Plan ahead. Make sure your child has a convenient time and place to exercise.
Provide a safe environment. Make sure your child's equipment and chosen site for the sport or activity are safe.

5.Make sure your child's clothing is comfortable and appropriate.
Provide active toys. Young children especially need easy access to
balls, jump ropes, and other active toys.

6.Be a role model. Children who regularly see their parents enjoying
sports and physical activity are more likely to do so themselves.

7.Play with your child. Help them learn a new sport.

8.Turn off the TV. Limit TV watching and computer use. Too much of screen attention might become addictive whereby not giving your child time to engage in exercises. The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends no more than 1 to 2 hours of total screen time, including TV, videos, computers, and video games, each day. Use the free time for more physical activities.

9.Make time for exercise. Some children are so over scheduled with homework, music lessons, and other planned activities that they do not have time for exercise.

10.Do not burden your child with so much brain drain. Playtime is important.

TRUTH YOU SHOULD KNOW FROM THE START

The entrepreneurial lifestyle can offer many perks. It’s exciting, it’s creative, and you can potentially create products or services that can have a positive impact on the world. However, being an entrepreneur isn’t always easy. You’ll encounter plenty of obstacles along the way and maintaining motivation day in and day out can be tough. I believe that the incredible benefits of entrepreneurship make the harder parts worthwhile. That having been said, there are a few things I wish I’d known when I was first starting out. Here, I’ll share what I believe entrepreneurs need to know:
- It takes hard work; From the outside looking in, the entrepreneurial lifestyle can look pretty cool: you’re creating, you’re making things happen, you’re designing your own schedule and life. However, it’s not all glamour and jet setting. Being an entrepreneur takes plenty of hard work and discipline.
As an entrepreneur, you’re responsible for forging your own path. This can require a lot of legwork, research, and often includes plenty of ups
and downs. You’ll likely work harder than you ever have in your life, log more hours than you ever would in a day job, and will have a much higher level of accountability. But for entrepreneurs who are passionate about what they do, it’s worth the effort!

- Self motivation is key; To be a successful entrepreneur, self motivation is vital. After all, most entrepreneurs are typically not following a traditional business path. You’ll need a lot of mental and emotional “fuel” to maintain the energy and enthusiasm necessary to get your potential projects off the ground.

 Setting clear cut goals is a great way to effectively manufacture a healthy source of motivation for yourself. Take the time to really define your goals and what is motivating you as an entrepreneur. Be specific! By defining and setting specific goals, you’ll always have something to keep you inspired. On days when self motivation is hard to come by, they can act like your compass, pointing you in the right direction.

- Focus on progress; not perfection; As an entrepreneur, your kind of like a pioneer, heading into the wilderness without a clear path in front of you. Don’t expect everything to be smooth sailing. If you strive for perfection, you’re likely to be disappointed over and over. Unfortunately, there will always be road blocks and wrong turns, and you’ll likely make a mistake.

- You need to keep learning; Yes indeed: entrepreneurs tend to be busy people. But if you really want to be successful, you need to make time to keep learning. As Albert Einstein said, “Once you stop learning, you start dying.” Becoming a lifelong learner will keep you relevant as an entrepreneur. Keep on learning about your field. Read up on your competitors. Keep abreast of world news. Learn all that you can. Not only will it help keep your mind nimble, but you never know where the next great idea might come from.

YOU, YOUR HEALTH AND YOUR BODY.

If your health fails, it can overshadow everything else that’s going on in your life. From relatively minor health issues such as aches and pains, lethargy, and indigestion to major health problems that can threaten your existence, health can really affect happiness and stress levels.

This is particularly important as it relates to stress. The stress that comes from poor health is significant because when you are facing a health challenge, it affects so many areas of your life. Daily tasks become more challenging, health expenses can pile up, and your ability to earn a living can even be in jeopardy.

And stress itself can exacerbate health issues from the common cold to more serious conditions and diseases, so it really pays to maintain healthy stress management habits not only to be able to manage the stress of poor health, but to help avoid it altogether by staying healthier long.

Here are important ways to take care of your body that you may not naturally think of as stress relievers. However, if you set goals to make these ideas a reality in your life, you'll not only feel the difference immediately, but will also see results in multiple areas of your life in the coming weeks and months. Few habits come without effort, but these three can make a significant impact on your life and are well worth the effort.

Eat A Healthy Diet For The Right Reasons;

Rather than eating right solely for the promise of looking better in your jeans, you should also make a commitment to eating foods that will boost your energy level and keep your system running smoothly. This is because what you eat can not only impact your short-term and long-term health, it can affect your stress levels. If you're hungry and malnourished, you may be more emotionally reactive to stress, or may not have the reserves to handle what comes up as efficiently as you would if you were operating on a full stomach of healthy food Watching what you eat can be a stress management tool as well as a health preserver.

Another reason it's a good idea to maintain a healthy diet for these reasons is that your diet has a more immediate effect on your mood than on the number on your scale. If you eat a poor diet, you may feel lethargic, jittery, or moody in a matter of minutes or hours, while it may take a greater buildup of unhealthy meals to make a difference that can be seen on the scale.

This means that there's a more immediate consequence to a poor diet. Conversely, you may also feel more energised and optimistic when you're eating right, so this is a more constant and immediate reward for eating well than a change in clothing size. If you remind yourself that what you eat now will affect how you feel in the coming hours, it may be easier to stick to a healthy diet.

Make Sleep A Priority;

Make a commitment to get enough sleep at night. If you haven't gotten adequate sleep, you may be less productive, less mentally sharp, and otherwise more prone to the effects of stress. Carve out a full eight hours, avoid caffeine after 2 pm, and adopt a calming technique such as meditation, and let your body restore itself each night. You may be surprised by how much less stressed you feel when you're not tired if this is an issue for you right now. And use these proven strategies if you will have trouble getting quality sleep when stressed. You’ll feel better all day.

Find A Fitness Habit That Works For you;

We've all heard the advice to "eat right and exercise," but can be difficult to fit in workouts around a busy schedule, particularly when you're feeling exhausted from stress. One proven strategy for making fitness a regular part of your life is to build an exercise habit around your other habits--either attach a workout to your morning routine, your lunchtime habits, or make it a regular part of your evening--you get the idea. If you make a morning jog part of your getting-ready-for-work routine, for example, it is much more likely to happen than if you wait until you feel like jogging and happen to have a free half-hour, especially if you lead a busy life like most of us and are tired at the end of the day. Another important way to make exercise easier is to choose an easy activity like walking while listening to an audiobook, for example, or attending a class at your gym where good music drives up your energy level. Look for something you'd like to do, find a time when you can make it work with your schedule, and go!

Watch What You Put Into Your Body;

Avoid putting unhealthy substances into your body; nicotine, excess alcohol, and even excessive caffeine can take a toll on your health in the long run, but also make you feel lousy overall in your day-to-day life. In fact, it helps if you can avoid allowing toxic thinking patterns from exacerbating your stress levels as well. Find healthier ways to manage stress, and you'll enjoy double health and stress management benefit!

2 NIGERIAN WOMEN REPORTEDLY KILLED BY THEIR EMPLOYERS IN SAUDI ARABIA

The women were allegedly trafficked to Saudi Arabia to work as maids in different households. They were both killed within a space of two weeks after being physically assaulted by their respective bosses.

According to Satellite Times, the first Nigerian girl to be murdered was Omotayo who until her death in June 2018 worked as a migrant domestic worker in Riyadh. Before her death in June 2018, Omotayo sent photos of her battered self to a group she belonged to called ‘Strong Nigerian Ladies’ of the latest incident of battery in the hands of the Saudi family she worked for. She opened up to the group that she was being owed salaries and made to eat leftover food and when she protested, she was beaten.

In the same month that she sent the message to the group, she died, allegedly in the hands of her employers.

Another Nigerian named Shola, was also allegedly killed by her boss in Saudi Arabia, according to Adeola Oladipo, another housemaid in the Strong Nigeria Ladies Group. Adeola revealed that:

“Shola has been constantly assaulted and starved by her sponsor in Saudi Arabia. Whenever she demands for food they would always beat her up and she became so slim like somebody with HIV.

One day her male boss came as usual to beat her while she was doing chores in the kitchen. The beating became so severe she had to defend herself with a knife. In the process the knife cut her boss and her sponsor hit her on the neck and she collapsed. When the boss saw that Shola was dying, he rushed her to the hospital where he said she suddenly fell ill. A few days later, the Nigerian lady reportedly gave up the ghost in the hospital.” (satelite times)
