HOW TO MAKE BANANA PEANUT CREAM PIE

Hello every one welcome! My name is Ummu-khulthum Abdulkadir am going to share my easy Banana and peanut cream pie recipe with you.

Ingredients that you will need are:
For the crust, you will need:
1) 2 ½ cups of digestive biscuits.
2) 5 tspn granulated sugar.
3) ¼ tspn of salt.
4) 10 tspn of melted butter
And for the pudding filling, you will need
1) 1 cup heavy whipping cream
2) 2 large egg yolks
3) 4 firm but ripe bananas peeled, divided.
While for the peanut butter, you will need:
1) 1 cup of mascarpone
2) 1 cup of peanut butter
3) 1 tspn salt
4) 2 tspn whole milk

Method
1) To make the crust: pre-heat the oven, combine finely ground digestive cookie, sugar, salt and melted butter in a large bowl, mash it with a whisk until all the ingredients are evenly mixed, transfer the mixture into a pan then spread and press it tightly with a flat bottomed cup, evenly on the bottom and the side of the pan to make a crust. Bake in the oven for 13-15 minutes, until lightly browned. Let it cool completely before using.

2) Beat cream cheese and peanut butter in a large bowl with mixer
until creamy. Gradually beat in milk add dry pudding mixes; beat one
minute gently in 1-1/2 cups cool whip.

3) Banana topping, trim a sheet of parchment into the same dimensions as the inner-area of the pie, peel and slide a banana in ½ horizontally. Then place them cut-aside up over the parchment edge.
Repeat with another banana until you cover one side of the parchment.

Trim on both side of the bananas to achieve straight edges, then transfer into the pie. Repeat the same thing with the other side to fill the entire area.

4) Evenly spread the light brown sugar on top of the bananas, hold another pan to cover the crust part of the pie from the torch, then with the other hand top the sugar until caramelised, turn and adjust the pan as needed. You can cut through the hardened caramel if you want or chill the pie in the fridge for 30-mins until the caramel turns into a sticky sauce. Sprinkle sugar before serving…..ENJOY!!

ENCHANTING SECRET OF KEEPING YOUR ENGAGEMENT RING EVER GLOWING.

For women who aren’t accustomed to wearing fine jewelry on the regular (which, let’s be honest, is most of us), rocking a pricey diamond for the first time is a bit like babysitting a newborn. You'll look down at your sparkly new addition and have a lot of questions about engagement ring care: Should I wear it to sleep? Take it off when I shower? Can I really clean it with dish soap?

All valid questions! Since an engagement ring will likely be the most expensive piece of jewelry you’ve ever owned, it’s no wonder that many newly engaged women feel clueless about how to incorporate it into their daily lives. Here, a few insightful tips from industry experts.

1. Clean your ring regularly.

“Buildup of dirt or oil will block the light interactions in the stone, so there’s no point in having a beautifully cut diamond if it’s going to be dirty,” says Tom Burstein, Christie’s international jewelry director. “If you’re not cleaning it, then you’re not doing the stone justice because it’s not living up to its potential.” Luckily, cleaning your ring isn’t a labor-intensive process—just drop it into a mug of warm water mixed with a few drops of soap or mild dishwashing detergent. Let it sit for a few minutes (or even overnight), then gently scrub the stone and basket with a soft-bristled baby toothbrush, rinse, and pat dry. Burstein recommends cleaning it at least once every few weeks, and when you do, “make sure you cover the drain!”

2. Diamonds are tough—but not invincible.Perhaps you’ve heard that it’s impossible to damage a diamond? Not true, says Burstein. While the stones are considered the hardest naturally occurring metal in the world, they can still fracture, bruise, and chip. And Burstein explains that it’s not a function of time either: “Prong mountings are very secure and it takes a pretty aggressive knock, but it happens. I’ve seen a month-old ring with a big chip in it,” he says. “It’s like driving a new car off the lot and getting rear-ended.”

3. Know when to leave your ring on and take it off.

Sure, it’s tempting to slip your ring off every time you wash your hands, but try and resist the urge, says Daniela Balzano-Hull, the New York store director for De Beers. “It takes a while to get used to having this beautiful ring, and you want to protect it as much as you can, but so many brides end up washing their hands in a restaurant and leaving the ring behind.” Still, there are other occasions that experts recommend going ringless—like a day at the beach. Balzano-Hull warns that swimming can greatly affect your body temperature, causing your finger to shrink in size. The rules for when you should and shouldn’t wear your diamond also depend on the type of stones you have, adds Burstein. “If you have a more delicate ring with micro pavé stones, don’t wear it to play tennis or golf or during rigorous exercise. The stones tend to pop out more easily than others,” he says. As for sleeping? Both Burstein and Balzano-Hull agree the decision is strictly a matter of comfort and personal preference.

4. Buy engagement ring insurance.

Get the rock insured as soon as possible. “We highly recommend it is insured the moment it leaves the store,” says Balzano-Hull. Most companies—either homeowners insurance or renters insurance—will add the ring to their existing policy with a rider that includes a valuation of all the characteristics. “The valuation comes from the jeweler and goes above and beyond just the purchase receipt,” explains Balzano-Hull. “Some men will buy the ring, leave with it, and not propose for a few months, so it’s important that document goes to the insurance company right away.”

5. Be cautious when it comes to resizing your ring.

Seasonal changes in temperature, weight fluctuations, and traveling can all affect the fit of your ring—so keep that in mind before jumping to have yours resized. At De Beers, Balzano-Hull prefers to size buyers in the late afternoon (2:30 p.m. specifically) or after they’ve exercised, to accommodate for swelling. “We also always ask clients where they live. If they’re from somewhere tropical and they’re trying the ring on in New York, we suggest going one size larger,” she says, adding, “I never recommend making any changes during pregnancies. Most women will just wear a wedding band or not wear anything at all.”

However, if you notice that your ring is consistently loose year round, size down. “The looser it is, the more wear your diamond is going to have and the more your setting is going to become out of shape,” says Burstein. Another crucial tidbit to keep in mind: If the ring is from one of the major jewelry houses—like Cartier, Harry Winston, or Graff—make sure that resizing it doesn’t disrupt the signature. “We see beautiful pieces from the ’30s and an unknowing jeweler just cut the signature out,” says Burstein. “The signature is one of the most important things.”

6. Regularly check the prongs and setting.

Keep a close eye—and ear—on your ring. Some jewelers, like De Beers, advise buyers to come in for a “prong check” once a year, which allows the jeweler to examine the ring and make sure it’s in perfect condition. But Burstein says that if you have a classic setting—such as a solitaire set in platinum—having the ring checked isn’t entirely necessarily, so long as you keep an eye on it. “Look at the prongs yourself. Are any shorter than the others? Put the ring between two fingers, hold it up to your ear, and shake it a little bit. If you hear anything, then you have to get it tightened,” he says.

7. Think before you upgrade.

The idea of “upgrading” to a larger stone is one way for couples to celebrate major milestones or life events. But before you pull the trigger, “make sure it’s large enough to make a difference,” warns Burstein. This is to say, a larger carat size doesn’t always equate to a larger-looking stone. “Remember that carat is simply a weight—not a size. Make sure that the stone appears physically larger. Or if you’re looking for an upgrade in color or clarity, it should be noticeable. Otherwise, it’s not worth the money.” Another thing to keep in mind? “It’s good to rely on people and the Internet for information, but too much technical information can hurt the process. If you find the stone or the ring you love and it fits your criteria, get it,” he says. “And never forget what the ring was meant to symbolize in the first place.”

8. Keep ring dishes around the house.
Keep ring dishes throughout your home so that when you do need to take it off, you know exactly where to look. From the bathroom to the kitchen to the bedroom, there will be a designated place for your ring should you need to take it off—because let’s face it: one of the keys to taking care of your new engagement ring is making sure not to lose it!

YOUR KIDS NEEDS WATER

Young children probably drink plenty of juice and milk each day. But do not forget about water as its essence is paramount. H20 is vital to your little ones, as it aids digestion for proper blood circulation, helps to transport nutrients and oxygen to cells in your child’s body amongst other vital benefits.

NOW HOW DO YOU MAKE YOUR KIDS WATER FRIENDLY?

Let them know they won’t get fat when they drink adequate water: You have probably heard that overweight kids might not take drinking adequate water very seriously, always give your kid that head start everyday by filling their water bottles with water, you can also give them juice spritzers and most importantly don't forget to be a good role model by chugging water yourself between meals.

You don’t have to count every Ounce: Research as shown that children needs the same amount of water as adults do. One thing you should not worry about is the math, you measure the ounce by your child level of thirst says Joel Stein-berg, MD Professor of Pediatrics at the university of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, in Dallas. The deal is to make sure you offer water between meals and always encourage them to drink enough water. You can also measure the rate by the frequency at which they urinate.

Always encourage them to drink Water when the weather is hot: This is very crucial as little children are prone to heat related problems such as heat exhaustion and heatstroke. To guard against heat exhaustion, give your kids easy access to water. Bring bottles of it when you're on a car trip or at the beach or the park.

MEET THE MOLDOVAN ATHLETE WHO RAN 50KM IN FREEZING – 60 DEGREE TEMPERATURES

Would you take on extreme weather conditions to set a record? Well, that's exactly what Dmitri Voloshin from Moldova did.

The extreme sports fanatic took part in a charity run earlier this month in the Oymyakon district of the Sakha Republic, northeastern Russia, where temperatures can drop to -71°C — one of the coldest places in the world.

The run was held as part of the “Unfrozen” race — a charity project Voloshin founded to raise awareness of those affected by cerebral palsy. It was supported by the Athletics Federation of the Republic of Sakha and administration was managed by the village of Tomtor.

Voloshin, who ran a distance of 50km at -60°C, was the first athlete to run this distance at such low temperatures without the support of doctors or rescuers.

"It was the hardest test of my sporting career. It’s like a spacewalk, terrible frost and lack of air," he said.

"No equipment can protect you against such frost. I hope I have not frozen my face during the race.

"It was very difficult to breathe — too little oxygen in the air, and the mask clogged with ice. Here my free diving experience of holding breath came in handy,” he said after finishing the race.

Voloshin finished the 50km-race in six hours — a record for running at extremely low temperatures.

The runner said thinking about his family helped him overcome the hardest moments and that when he felt he wanted to stop, he thought about Eva, the little girl with cerebral palsy for whom he organised the charity run.

“Most of all I wanted to go to a Serbian sauna," he said
Voloshin is no stranger to running in extreme weather conditions. In April last year, he participated in the famous North Pole Marathon where he finished second in five hours and three minutes.

In 2017, he took part in the Marathon Des Sables — a multiday race held every year in the desert in southern Morocco. He was the first Moldovan athlete to take part in the famous competition, which is considered one of the toughest races on Earth.

Voloshin's other sporting achievements include the IronMan triathlon world championship and swimming across the Strait of Gibraltar.

Aaron Ramsey has signed a pre-contract agreement to join Juventus from Arsenal in the summer, according to Sky in Italy.

The midfielder completed his Juventus medical over the weekend, and Sky Sports News understands the move will be made official in February.

Ramsey has been free to negotiate a pre-contract agreement this month with clubs outside England permitted to sign Premier League players in the final six months of their contracts.

Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich have also been linked with the 28-year-old but Juventus have remained his first choice, according to Sky sources.

Sky Sports News exclusively revealed in October that Ramsey would be leaving the Emirates next summer, after he was told in person why he would not be offered a new deal.
Ramsey joined Arsenal from Cardiff in 2008 and has scored 53 goals in his 253 Premier League games.
He has made 31 appearances for Arsenal in all competitions this season scoring four goals.
A three-time FA Cup winner with the Gunners, Ramsey scored the winning goals in the finals against Hull (2014) and Chelsea (2017).

He is now poised to join Cristiano Ronaldo at one of Europe's most powerful clubs.

Age Is Just A Number: Maturity's What Really Matters In Relationships

“The heart wants what the heart wants” is a cliche that couldn't be more accurate. We truly can't help with whom we fall in love. Love doesn't care if someone is older or younger, but we certainly do.
Society holds a negative stigma regarding age differences, which causes people to obsess over it. And, that is why when we start developing feelings for people outside of our age brackets, we think our feelings are wrong.

We often put up walls and flee for the mountains, but before shutting the door on the chance at love, think about your potential lover's maturity level.

If you both are on the same level of maturity, don't let the attached age number cloud your decision. Maybe you met an older lover when you were still immature. Each person we meet has a purpose in our life.

Maybe this person isn't meant for you during your years of evolution, but you'll come back to each other when you each hold the same mindset. Or, maybe this person was in your life at the wrong time to teach you something. Whatever the case, it may have happened for a reason. Maybe he's 30 and you are 20, but he is just as confused about his life as you are about yours. It might be scary having a 10-year difference in age, but you both are experiencing similar things in life. I don't see why that number should stop the blossoming between two lovebirds.

Of course, he has seen more days on this Earth, but that doesn't mean he understands where he stands in life more than you do. If you both want the same thing from the relationship, then you have settled half the battle. Just like couples who are the same age, if you aren't on the same page, things will be just as difficult.

Not only does society judge dating outside our ages, but it also expects that we all age and develop at the same rate. Furthermore, it is expected that with age comes maturity, which isn't true.

Maturity is something that develops after experiences we face in life; you don't just magically become mature on your 25th birthday. You can mature at a very young age, or maybe, you never truly mature.

But, society makes us feel that if we haven't figured out ourselves by our mid-20's  we have lived and are continuing to live incorrectly. The majority of us have future plans and hope to be at a certain point by a certain age, but that isn't always the reality of the situation. People always say, “Act your age.” We are expected to leave our childish behaviors at our high school graduations and be mature “adults.” That is not the case for everyone, though, because we are all on our own, natural paths.

Experiences happen to people at different times in life, causing some to grow up faster or slower than the norm. You can be 24 years old with the mindset of a 45-year-old or vice versa.

Though I'm not an expert in relationships by any means, ultimately, leave all judgment behind when you find someone truly special. No two people are the same, just like no two romances are the same. Take each person as he or she comes.

I know lovers who are nine years apart and just as happy as those who are two months apart in age. Don't close yourself off based on age, but take into consideration where people of different ages are in their lives. Just because someone is a certain age doesn't mean he or she fits a certain status quo.

Allow love to work its mysterious magic if you find yourself having a special connection with someone who is older or younger than you. Explore it and let it grow beautifully.

FLAWS OF CARRYING A BIG BAG

Bigger isn’t always better, especially where bags are concerned! Keep your stuff safe by finding a bag that’s just the right size for you. The bigger the bag, the more you’re likely to cram in it. Not only is a big, heavy bag bad for your back, but it’s bad for your belongings, too.

If your bag is jam-packed full of stuff, there’s a good chance all of that stuff will bang together during your travels, potentially damaging some of your items. The weight from an overstuffed bag may also be damaging to some of the items on the bottom of your bag. Try going with a medium-sized bag, so you won’t be tempted to over pack.

Digging deep:
The bigger the bag, the deeper you dig when you’re hunting for your keys, cell phone, iPod, whatever. When you do that, not only are you making a big mess in your bag, but you’re knocking everything together. There’s no way that’s good for all the precious goods you’re carrying. Look for a smaller bag with divided sections to keep everything in its place.

 Big bag, big target:
If you carry a giant bag, you might as well walk around carrying a sign that says, “Look at me, I’ve got lots of stuff!” There’s nothing wrong with catching attention, but sometimes it’s better to be a little more discreet where your bag is concerned.

All your goods in one place:
You’ve heard the saying about putting all of your eggs in one basket, right? It’s never a good idea, and the same theory is true with your bag. If you’ve got your laptop, camera, phone, iPod, money, credit card, ID and every other expensive or
precious item you own all in one place, then you risk losing it all at the same time, too. If that bag gets stolen or misplaced, you’ll lose whatever is in it. Get a smaller bag and carry only the things you really need.
