This award is for women who have broken the iron seal and
pushed the boundaries of gender expectations, making incursion into those
professions that were traditionally regarded as male professions. They have not
only succeeded in entering those professions, but they have also excelled in
them, standing out best among equals.
Tozali Women of the Year Awards go to the
