The Baze University, a private tertiary institution
established in 2011 has celebrated its first convocation ceremony in Abuja amid
pomp and pageantry. The occasion saw the academic big wigs donning the various
regalia from various academic disciplines in a procession of academic achievement
and excellence. A total number of 64 graduands took part in the 2013/2014
convocation ceremony with a female student emerging best graduating student. It
is said that external examiners have rated the academic standard of the
university as being marginally higher than that of an average United Kingdom (UK)
University. The University which started with a foundation class and three management
faculties (Social sciences, law, computing
and applied sciences) has grown with a high academic and learning standard.
Dignitaries from all sectors graced the occasion to rejoice with the celebrants
and their families. As always, Tozali crew was there to capture all the
beautiful moment.
