Miyar oha. (Oha soup).
Miyar oha miya ce da ake Yinta a kudancin Nigeria, can kasan igbo, miyar na da farin jini a nan kasar musammam a bangaren kudancun Nigeria da ma kasashen ketare da suka saba da abincin Nigeria. Miyar nada dadin ci da kuma tarin sinadirai masu amfani a jiki. Inhar kinyi baki daga kudancin kasarmu nuigeria , miyar oha zai dace sosai da abincin karban baki.

Za a wanke nama a saka tukunya a tafasa tare da kayan kamshi, in naman ta kusa nuna sai a saka wankakken danyen kifi a ciki,tare da busashen kifi da gasashen kifin su nuna tare .

Daganan sai a dan motsa shi da cokalin girki a barshi na minti biyar, shikenan miyan oha ya nuna.
Za a iya cin wannan miyan da ko wani
irin tuwo, sakwara ,fufu, harda tuwon teba (eba).
