#Notmypresident: Thousands Protest In U.S


Protesters took to the street on Wednesday evening across many U.S towns to protest the elections of the president elect, Donald Trump.

According to NAN correspondent, there was chaos in Washington D.C with police patrolling the streets and other minority groups.

The protesters blasted Donald Trump for his comment during his campaign about Immigrants, Africans, Muslims and other minority groups.

They blocked the street and chanted “No more hate”, and carried anti-Trump slogans on a placard: “Not my president”, “No Trump”, “No racist” and many more.

Similarly, protesters also took to the streets in Chicago and protested the election of Trump saying they don’t want a racist as a president.

Hundreds of high school and college students also walked out and protested in Seattle, Phoenix, Los Angeles and Oakland, Richmond and El Cerrito and California.
