Onion has a very strong smell and a way of bringing tears to one’s eyes. When you are about to cut onions, you think of the smell and the tears it will bring to your eyes. Onion is a well-known bulb shaped vegetable that is found all over the world. It is used in almost every dish. But have you ever wondered about the health benefits of onion?
