and Cocoa Hydration Mask
Ingredients:
Quarter avocado
Cocoa
powder
Honey
Warm
water
Method:
i.
Mash 1 quarter of
avocado
ii.
Stir in 1 tablespoon
of cocoa powder and 1 table spoon of honey
iii.
Apply to clean face
for 10 minutes
iv.
Wash off with warm
water

Facial Mask
Ingredients:
3 Strawberries
Lemon
juice
Honey
Greek
yogurt
Method:
i.
Blend the 3
strawberries and 1 oz. lemon juice. Pour into mixing bowl or storage container
(Do not use tinned or frozen strawberries. Use fresh ones)
ii.
Add 1 container of
personal size Greek yoghurt and 1 oz. honey, and then mix everything together.
iii.
Place the mixture in a
freezer for 20 minutes
iv.
Apply to clean skin
and leave for 10 minutes.
v.
Remove with warm cloth

Banana
Face Mask
Ingredients:
Half a banana
Orange
juice
Honey
Method:
i.
Mash one half of a
banana
ii.
Mix in a tablespoon of
orange juice and a tablespoon of honey
iii.
Apply mixture to the
face and keep on for 15 minutes
iv.
Rinse with lukewarm
water

egg yolk
Honey
