Amfanin azumi 5 da baka sani ba bisa ga binciken ilimin na kimiya da Abinci Guda 6 Da Yakamata Kuyi Amfani Da su Don Karya Azumi domin samun kuzari

 














 

Azumi kamar yadda muka sani na da amfani ga kiwon lafiya da dama, duk da cewan wadannan alfanu kan karawa mutane karfin guiwan yin azumi, mabiya addinin Islama na azumta wata daya da wasu na sunna bisa ga umurnin Allah da sunnan manzonsa ﷺ. Malaman kimiyya wadanda basu da alaka da addinin Musulunci sun binciko amfanin azumi ga lafiyar jikin dan Adam akalla guda biyar kamar yadda zamu zayyanasu a kasa: 

1. Azumi kan hana mutum samun ciwon siga Azumi kan zama wani kafa na rage takuran sinadarin ‘Calorie’ wanda kuma zan rage yiwuwan samu ciwon siga. 

 2. Azumi kan taimaka wajen rage kiban jiki.Azumi kan taimaka wajen rage kiba kuma ya kan kara konewan abinci da kasha 3.6% zuwa 14%. 

3. Azumi kan hana tsufa da wuri Azumi kan rage tsufar jiki kuma ya kan sa mutum ya dade a duniya cikin cikakken koshin lafiya 

 4. Azumi na kara kaifin kwakwalwa Azumi kan kara girman sinadarin jiki wanda zai taimaka wajen kara kaifin kwakwalwa. 

5. Azumi kan kara girman na’urar jiki wanda akafi sani da ‘Hormone’

1 Kitse mai lafiya: wadannan nau'in abinci ne da ke ɗauke da kitse mai kyau.  Wadannan nau'ikan kitse an san su da hana cholesterol da inganta lafiyar zuciya.  Yin amfani da abincin da ke dauke da lafiyayyen kitse kamar avocado, kifin mai kitse, gyada, da sauransu wajen karya azumi ba kawai zai inganta lafiyar zuciyarka ba ne , zai kuma kosar da ku da kuma ba ku kuzarin da kuka rasa yayin azumi.

 

 2. Lemun iyayan itace:  lemun smoothie ne da aka yi daga 'ya'yan itatuwa da kayan lambu.  Yawanci ana yin smoothie ne ta hanyar amfani da kayan itatuwa da kayan lambu wanda ke nufin yana gina jiki sosai. Kasancewa smoothie yana da Yanayin ruwa hakan yasa yake da sauƙin cinyewa kuma yana taimaka wa jikin ku don ɗaukar abubuwan gina jiki cikin sauri.     

3 Miya mai romo soup: akwai nau'ikan miya mai romo da yawa kuma al'adu daban-daban suna da miya waɗanda ke da alaƙa da su duk da haka, abu ɗaya da duk miya yake da shi shine yawan sinadirai da yake ɗauke da su.  Miyan mai romo  ruwa-ruwa ne ko kuma aƙalla yana da dan kauri wanda ke nufin yana da sauƙin ci kuma jiki yana iya ɗaukar abubuwan gina jiki daga gare shi cikin sauƙi.

 

4 Dankalin Hausa: Dankalin Hausa yana daya daga cikin mafi kyawun abinci da ake samu a yau kuma  nau'in kayan lambu ne wanda ke sanya su zama mafi kyawun abinci don karya azumi.  Dankalin Hausawa na cika ciki kuma yana taimaka wa jikinku da  sinadirai da kuzarin da ya rasa yayin azumi.

 

 5. Yogurt: yogurts probiotics ne masu fa'ida sosai ga lafiya bincike da aka tabbatar sun nuna cewa yogurts na iya inganta lafiyar jiki da kuma hana wasu cututtuka kuma ya dace da mutane masu shekaru daban-daban duk da haka a guji shan yogurts mai zaki maimakon a neman yogurt Mara zaki kuma Greek mara dadi. 

6. Dabino: Bincike ya nuna dabino yana dauke da

sinadarin ‘bitamin B,’ wanda yake taimakawa wajen baiwa cikin mutum

damar karbar abinci da zai biyo baya ba tare da aikin ya samu matsala ba ko rikicewa ba, shi ya sa ma Manzon Allah (SAW) yake cewa, “Idan kun kai azumi,

to ku yi buda baki da dabino, amma idan bai samu ba to ya yi amfani da ruwa,

domin ruwa na tsarkakewa.” Haka kuma dabino yana dauke da sinadarin da ke karawa jiki karfi da kwari, yana mayar da sukari da ke cikin jinin mutum wanda yake

raguwa sakamakon rashin cin abinci ko abin sha yayyin azumi. dabino yana dauke da sinadarin ‘Iron,’ wanda yake taimakawa wajen karin jini. Sannan yana karfafa jini da hantar mutum.
