INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
Sardine (2 tins)
5 Sliced sausages
Chopped Tomatoes
Curry
Seasoning
Garlic powder
Thyme
Green pepper
Chopped medium onion
Chopped red pepper
Butter
Bread
METHOD
1.put your frying pan on fire.
2. Add the oil from the sardine.
3. Add your onion to fry a little then add your tomatoes and red pepper then fry.
4. In a bowl whisk your egg and add the sardine and whisk again.
5. Add your seasoning, garlic, thyme, curry to the tomatoes on fire and fry a little.
6. Add your whisk egg and sardine then your sliced sausage, and mix them together.
7. Cover it and allow it to cook, then bring it down from the fire.
8. Spread the butter on the sliced bread, then add your egg and sardine sauce on it, then cover with
another sliced bread, and toast in a bread toaster or grill.
9. Your sardine and egg sandwich is ready.
10. Enjoy
