MAGICAL WAYS TO GET RID OF CRACK HEELS
Cracked heels are not only embarrassing to display but can cause significant discomfort too. For many women, this common issue isn’t just inconvenient; it's also painful.
Fortunately, cracked heels can be resolved more easily than you may think. It’s also possible to heal cracked heels using only natural, non-toxic ingredients, many of which you may already have on hand to help give you that lovely smooth and crack free heel.

Here are magical ways to get rid of crack heels
1. Soak and Exfoliate: Cracked heels may be common, but this favorite solution is pure luxury. One of the best ways to do this is with a foot soak. Simply fill a bowl with lukewarm water, then add in a bit of cleansing White vinegar. To increase the spa treatment, you can also add a few drops of your favorite essential oils, such as healing Sandalwood or relaxing Lavender. After about 10 to 15 minutes, remove your feet and gently exfoliate, then pat dry with a clean towel.

2. Apply heel balm: One of the easiest and most effective solutions to how to heal cracked heels is using all-natural heel balm. Simply massage the balm into cracked skin that's clean and dry, ideally immediately after a foot soak. Be sure to wear socks after applying. A similar option is to wear moisturizing heel sleeves, which nourish skin while trapping moisture to prevent further damage to the skin.

Also, raw cacao butter has incredible moisturizing properties and it has plenty of benefits when it comes to maintaining skin health.
Olive oil is another favorite natural moisturizer and can also serve as a soothing addition to foot soaks.

Perhaps one of the most surprising ways to heal cracked heels is honey, which has long been praised for its medicinal properties.
Of course, if the cracks are especially deep or seem to be the symptom of a more serious issue, don’t be shy to consult a podiatrist, and you would be on the right path to restore your foot in no time.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW BEFORE GETTING MARRIED
• Respect. Not that love is not important. But there are many cases where couples choose to stay together even though the love had died long before. Sometimes to support their children till they grow up, or to attain financial security. Disrespect is irreparable.
• Work as a team: You found that after few years, both of you have changed. Now more than ever, you need to work as a team. It is so hard to have a ship with two captains. Sometimes let her be in control and sometime let him lead. At the end of the day you want to arrive safely to the other side.
• Be friends: One day, many years from now, when the cyclone of emotion, intimacy, kids growing and work routines settle down, you’ll look back at your marriage path and reflect. You will have a lot of time to spend together. If the hours passed as eternity and you don’t have anything to say, then you haven’t been friends all your life. Friendship is the glue that stick the couple together. All the way to the end.
• Patience… Patience… and more Patience: When you face any obstacles just remember that time mends all problems. So take a deep breath in…
• Don’t take things for granted: There are ups and downs in any marriage. Sometimes you feel you married the perfect partner and sometimes you perceived them as partner from hell. It is always work in progress. So, celebrate the good time and be ready for the hardships.
•comparism: The following things may happen to you after few years of marriage: You’re having dinner with your partner with another couple who look like the Romeo and Juliet of the modern day. They look passionately at each other and touch hands as if it’s their first time. She explicates her man as the perfect husband. And he talks about her as the trophy wife. At your side of the table: Sigh… look at each other… why can’t my partner be like that? Be careful, what you had witnessed might be a show. Like the one you watch at the cinema. It had start and end time. Some people are good at acting in public.

TITLE: TRENDING NOSE PIERCING
Nose piercing is the piercing of the skin or cartilage which forms any part of the nose, normally for the purpose of wearing jewelry, called a nose-jewel. Among the different varieties of nose piercings, the nostril piercing is the most common. Nose piercing is the third most common variety of piercing after earlobe piercing and tongue piercing. Nose piercings are done by women only, however the spread of this fashion has resulted in both men and women having nostril piercings in the wider world.
Several different types of nostril rings are found. Among the most popular are the loop, the stud with an L-bar closure, the stud with a ball closure, and the stud with a flat backing. Outside of the left part of the body is the preferred position of the piercing. This is followed by some orthodox folk also because Ayurvedic medicine associates this location with the female reproductive organs.

Love at first sight

Falling in love at first sight is one of those things you either believe in or don't. The concept of it is so fairytale .. It's almost hard to believe it can actually happen in reality. love at first sight happens more than you probably think. Love at first sight is relatively easy to explain.. Romantic love runs along certain electrical and chemical pathways through the brain which can be triggered instantly."
How do you know it's love at first sight
You Feel A Little Queasy Upon Meeting Them
If you feel a little sick in the stomach upon meeting someone you're a to, it could very well be love at first sight.
You Want To Know Everything About Them
Have you ever met someone and just wanted to know every single thing about them? If you have, that's a really good sign. "A genuine fascination with a person and their thoughts on any and every topic is a clear indication that you could be falling for them in that very moment
. They're The Only Person You See
When the feeling is mutual, your eyes will often lock on one another, muting your ability to hear or see anyone or anything else. When it comes to love and attraction, eye contact is everything.
You'll Feel A Sense Of Familiarity
When you experience love at first sight, it’s very common to feel like you've already met this person before. Nothing feels forced. It all seems naturally comfortable between the two of you. "This can be incredibly powerful, as you feel your connection to this person may have existed prior to your first meeting
You Find Their Mannerisms Super Appealing
Finding another person’s mannerisms attractive is a tell-tale sign of falling in love, The way a person walks, talks, or smiles can be incredibly appealing and can make you feel an instant bond.
Love does need time to develop. But that doesn't mean you should discount that initial connection you feel with someone. If you believe in love at first sight, don't let tell you it isn't real.

ENHANCE YOUR BEAUTY WITH BEAUTIFUL BANGLES
Bangles form an important part of the traditional common jewelry among Indian and Pakistani ladies. They are usually worn post marriage to indicate matrimony. Nevertheless unmarried girls are now giving it a try matching up to their ethnic or western wear for their colorful styles and beautiful designs.
They do have different varieties and called by different names in every state. However the name bangle originated from the term “bungri” meaning glass in Hindi. Being circular in shape, this jewelry is non-flexible and is created of wide range of materials like plastic, gold, glass, silver, wood, and platinum.

Bangles form the must-have jewelry for every Indian woman. The different patterns, styles and colors enhance the beauty and grace of traditional outfits on a wide node. Even trendy women would love to see gorgeous bangles such as gold plated bangles embellished with pearls, multicolored American diamond bangles, multicolored stretchable bangles, round shaped open bangles, made of brass in their closets.

Although you will notice plastic bangles are gradually taking the place of glass-made bangles, yet they are still worn on traditional events like festivals and marriages.
Ladies wear them in pairs or one in both the arms respectively. With western wear, girls and even married ladies prefer wearing one gorgeous bangle on right arm and wrist watch on the other arm. Bangles designs are simply awesome. They are in different forms and sizes.

Rising Artist Emediong Uko speaks on Fela, Lagbaja-inspired art and industry growth

Art is inspired by life and whatever muse the artist finds interesting. In Nigeria, most of the art are social commentaries seeking change.
For 19-year-old Emediong Uko, art is inspired by music and nature in a bid to relate with the audience and spark conversations.
Emediong recently unveiled two Fela-inspired painting, ‘Shuffering and Smiling’ and ‘Beast of no Nation’ to celebrate the strength of Nigerians.
In May, her painting of music legend, ‘Lagbaja’ became the first African work to be displayed at the Cyprus Modern Art Museum.
Emediong is also the youngest artist and only African to have her work exhibited at the museum, which is the largest in the Mediterranean region.
In an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) at the weekend, Emediong maintained that Nigerian artists hold the power to create a better society through their works.
How did you feel when your work was displayed in Cyprus?
I am glad that my work and exhibition in Cyprus is creating a dialogue around African arts. It created a door and by the time you come in you can see that this is totally different and people want to know the story behind it.
Why did you decide to paint Lagbaja?
I have been heavily influenced by Lagbaja’s music from a young age. I have also been influenced by Fela Kuti. I decided to focus on Lagbaja for a bit because of his musical and controversial personality. That was exactly what excites me in terms of creativity. These are things that create dialogue. Things that uphold the norm. I created Lagbaja piece almost as a tribute.
I wanted his name to live on. Someone that people will always ask of.
What inspires your works?
I want people to see beauty in things and I want people to be inspired to tell their own stories. You might not be a painter but you should be able to relate to my art piece in your own way. You see something or see an art piece of mine and I want you to say you saw it and it reminded you of something.
Were you expecting the buzz gotten from the Lagbaja piece?
I wasn’t expecting to get this much acclaim. As a Nigerian artist in the diaspora, I relate with home. When you are overseas, almost everything gives you a nostalgic feeling; you always want to relate back home.
Your works are usually musically inclined, why?
I see myself delving into musical, political arts these days. I find that I paint things that people should talk about and nobody is talking about. A popular Asa song said, ‘there is fire on the mountain and nobody seems to be on the run’. We think about these things but we don’t talk about them. That’s exactly what we want.
