BEEF SAMOSA



INGREDIENTS

1 VEGETABLE OIL
2 ONION
3 MINCED MEAT
4 CURRY
5 THYME
6 SEASONING
7 CHILLI PEPPER
8 CARROT
9 RUNNER BEANS 
10 GREEN PEPPER
11 SOY SAUCE
12 FLOUR 
13 EGG


DIRECTION
In a clean bowl, pour 2 cups of flour, add (dried ingredients first), add a pinch of salt, add a pinch of sugar, add 1 ½ cups of water, mix it very well and add 1 egg to the mixture to get your texture. Put your non-stick pan on heat, use your pastry brush to rub your mixture on the pan and put it back on the fire. When the rap is ready it will come out from the pan. Remove it and put it on a plate.


DIRECTION FOR THE SAUCE
In a clean pot on fire put your vegetable oil, (5 to 6 spoons), chop your onions and put it in your hot vegetable oil and stir. Wash your minced meat and pour, and then add some little water to cook your raw minced meat. Add your curry, thyme, maggi, black pepper, chilli pepper then cover it to cook for some minutes. Then add your carrot runner beans and stir. Allow it to cook also then add your soy sauce. Allow the meat to dry then bring it down and pour it in your tray. After that, use your pizzard cutter to divide your wrap into 4 which is called cut 4, take your pest and rub it on your wrap then fold it into a triangle shape and fill it with little sauce. After that put your pan on fire, pour enough oil, then put your triangle shaped samosa in hot oil and allow it to fry until it becomes brownish. Remove it from fire… AND ENJOY…
