STEPS TO REMOVE A STUBBORN TOOTH FOR YOUR CHILD

Losing a tooth as a child is perfectly normal as baby teeth fall out and adult teeth begin to peek through the gums. This can also be described as a rite of passage, which is very necessary for children to attain full adult teeth. Losing a baby tooth rarely causes any complications. But sometimes a lost tooth refuses to come out on its own. In that case, you can carefully pull it out yourself especially if it moves back and forth easily without pain.

FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO REMOVE IT:

1. The first step is to Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water to get rid of them any germs or bacteria.

2. Ask your child to open his or her mouth wide try to keep him or her calm.

4. The gum above the removed tooth might bleed. If so, have the child lean slightly forward to avoid swallowing any blood.

5. Using a new gauze pad, apply pressure to the gum area until bleeding stops. Bleeding should stop within a few minutes. If, after fifteen minutes, the bleeding continues, seek professional medical help as soon as possible.

AFRICAN WOMEN FASHION STYLES

Styling is one of the most important thing in today’s life. A person’s personality reflects in the form of style they choose.
Fashion is all about choosing the right style.

An African dress emphasizes attractiveness and femininity, and Nigerians, probably more than in any other African country like to wear clothes in their traditional fashion and style.
Even if they do not wear the complete traditional look, there will be at least one cultural element in their outfit.

This makes the fashion designers as well as manufacturers
constantly draw inspiration from traditional styles of clothing, creating a new collections of attires and fabrics.
Nowadays, top most brands are showing African dresses in their different outlets and also on online platforms.
European and American designers who are known worldwide, continually use traditional African
prints and designs in their collections.

This include lace, blouse styles, Ankara styles, lace fabrics, Adire styles, blouse skirts which are traditional prints; and it is definitely a festive look. These laces are of different patterns like thin lace, a lace with large and transparent pattern, or small and fairly, cord lace with trendy colors etc.

These looks are not just for parties and events. They are also great as casual wears. Just look around you, and you will surely spot elements of traditional fashion in both male and female outfits.

FALLING IN LOVE

We don't always plan to fall in love, it's not something that we sit and make up our minds to do, it just happens without us knowing.

Love is natural, it comes naturally, because it is part of being human. Falling in love doesn't require practice or permission, it's something that just comes, and it comes without boundaries or restrictions.

People often fall in love without ever having or knowing the reasons why or how it happened. Sometimes they try hard to find a reason but they end up without having any. Everything around us is made of love, even the smallest of things that we hardly regard or acknowledge. And because love is natural and therefore in control of itself, it’s just got to flow, whether we like it or not.
That is why we hardly choose the people our hearts fall for, it's hard to even remember where or how it started with being in love with some people that you hold dear to your heart, because the heart does all the work; it chooses for you, and then gives you all those emotions.

You will keep falling in love regardless of how, when, where, or who you are falling for, you will love deeply and widely at every chance your heart gets. And then you will crave the feelings over and over again despite the ordeals.

It is nature, that's what nature doesn't to us, regardless of the circumstances. It cannot be cheated. It will always be difficult to restrict the heart, so let it loose, open it up, feel the feelings, and enjoy the serenity it comes with at the moment, no matter how short lived it is.

THE HISTORY BEHIND THE WHITE BRIDAL GOWN

The bridal gown is the dress worn by a bride during her wedding ceremony. Color, style and ceremonial importance of the gown can depend on the religion and culture of the wedding participants. In western cultures, brides often choose white wedding dress, which was made popular by Queen Victoria in the 19th century. In eastern cultures, brides often choose red to symbolize auspiciousness.
Weddings performed during and immediately following the middle ages were often more than just a union between two people. They could be a
union between two families, two businesses or even two countries. Many weddings were more a matter of politics than love, particularly among the nobility and the higher social classes. Brides were therefore
expected to dress in a manner that cast their families in the most favourable light and befitted their social status, for they were not representing only themselves during the ceremony. Brides from wealthy families often wore rich colors and exclusive fabrics. Brides dressed in the height of current fashion, with the richest materials their families’ money could afford.

Wearing white became popular in 1840, after the marriage of Queen Victoria to Albert of Saxe-Coburg, when Victoria wore a white gown
trimmed with Honiton lace. Illustrations of the wedding were widely published, and many brides opted for white in accordance with the Queen’s choice. After that, for a period, wedding dresses were adapted to the styles of the day. In the early 1900s, clothing included a lot of decorations, such as lace or frills. This was also adopted in wedding
dresses, where decorative frills and lace were common.
For example, in the 1920s, they were typically short in the front with a longer train in the back and were worn with cloche style wedding veils. This tendency to follow current fashions continued until the
late 1960s, when it became popular to revert to long, full-skirted designs reminiscent of the Victorian era.
Today western wedding dresses are usually white, though it may include shades such as eggshell, and ivory. Though, many people assumed that the color white was intended to symbolize virginity, but it is actually blue that was connected to purity, piety, faithfulness and the Virgin Mary.
Till date brides from around the world wear white bridal or wedding gown for their weddings; it has become and been accepted as a norm or
tradition.

MOURINHO NEXT CLUB: SHOULD HAVE EMPATHY AS WELL AS AMBITION.

Former Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho says the next club he joins must have a strong sense of 'structural empathy' to help him cope with the demands of modern football, in which player power heavily influences the game.

The Portuguese coach, who was sacked by United after a 2-1/2 year spell last December, intends to return to the game before the start of next season but said he would only join a club that did not have "internal conflict

Mourinho's third season at United was dominated by media reports of a rift with record signing Paul Pogba, before the owners pulled the plug on his tenure with the team sitting sixth in the Premier League.

"You now have a generation of players who are not just players but the whole package," the 56-year-old told the Telegraph.

"You have the player, the family, the agent, the entourage, the director of communication ... When you have a player you have all these distractions."

"And if there is no empathy in the structure of the club you get into so many contradictions that it is really, really difficult to work."

Since leading Porto to Champions League triumph in 2004, Mourinho has managed Chelsea, Inter Milan, Real Madrid, and United, winning a total of 20 major trophies.

He said his next destination could be a longer-term project.

"If it is a club without ambition I wouldn't go," he added.

"That is my second item (of requirement). My first item is structural empathy. I want to work with people that I love. People I want to work with, that I am happy to work with, with whom I share the same ideas.

MEN’S CLASSY WAYS TO MATCH TIE PATTERNS TO YOUR SUITS AND SHIRTS

The art of matching ties to your suits and shirts is something that has confounded the best of us for years. We grew up watching sports, movies and reading about sexy swimsuit models. We played basketball and attended football games. But never, did we learn about color theory or recognizing what clothes match with what, we just had no idea neither did we seem to care.

Until we realized this all important truth; evolving into our highest potential as gentlemen requires paying attention to the finer details in life one of which happens to be clothing.

In creating this content, I would like to point out three critical components to pay attention to when matching ties to your suits and shirts. These should help you navigate through this article better and help you maintain a sense of what is important when choosing ties that best match your suits and shirts.

Color theory, Pattern mixing, Tonal considerations

Similar to colors, you ideally want your tie pattern to create an element of contrast with the shirt and suit that you are wearing. As a general rule of thumb, when you are starting out, avoid mixing and matching three patterns as it could be an overkill, especially if you are unsure as to what you are doing!

Contrary to what most of us originally think, for patterns to be able to pop off each other visually, they do not necessarily have to be different (checks against stripes). While they can be different patterns, they can also be similar patterns in different proportions. It is absolutely critical that your pattern proportion varies, whether the patterns are similar or different.

If pattern proportions are close to each other, your overall aesthetic will look too cluttered and will do the exact opposite of what you are aiming to achieve.

These general aesthetic rules apply when choosing an appropriate tie pattern:

PICK A PATTERN THAT IS SAME IN SCOPE BUT DIFFERENT IN PROPORTION.
If you are wearing a solid colored grey suit with a narrow striped blue shirt, a wider striped tie using color theory described above could work very well.

MATCHING TIES TO SHIRTS BASED ON PATTERN SCALE
Another way of looking at matching tie patterns to your suits and shirts is to see if you are starting with a smaller scaled pattern shirt, a larger scaled shirt pattern, or no pattern at all.

SMALLER SCALE SHIRT WITH A LARGER PATTERNED TIE
If your Shirt Pattern is small scale, you can wear a bold, patterned tie. This will contrast well with your subdued shirt pattern and create great contrast. Here, your tie will be your statement piece.

LARGER SCALE SHIRT WITH A SMALLER PATTERNED TIE
If your Shirt Pattern is larger scale, you can wear a smaller, intricate tie pattern. This will also contrast well, except in this case, against a larger, louder shirt pattern. Here, your shirt will be your statement piece.

FIVE WAYS TO GET CLOSER TO EACH OTHER

With the daily hustle and flow of our busy lives constantly pulling at us, it can feel like a challenge to connect with the ones we love the most—including planning a formal date night, which can often be the
first thing we put off. The good news is, you don’t need a night out to town to feel more connected and loved by your partner, you just need to be intentional about doing something together that will bring you closer.
Here are five simple ways to instantly connect with your love.

1- Workout Together-
A morning run or evening stroll for two, with headphones is the  perfect way to bond while your endorphins are flowing. Make it a race, for some fun competition between lovers or make it meaningful by sharing your dreams as you walk laps around your favourite park.

2-Read To Each Other- Turn away from those screens and turn some pages. There’s a unique
intimacy in the act of cosying up with the one you love and getting lost in a good book together. Take turns reading chapters to each other in bed or if you’re apart, read separately and then talk about
the book together. Either way, you’re connecting in a new way.
3-Get Lost Together -So often when we’re in the car together we’re busy trying to get somewhere or in a rush to get home. Fill up the tank and turn off the
navigation apps and car radio and just get lost in conversation together with no particular destination in mind. The adventure in not knowing where you’ll end up for the day will excite you and the conversations you share will be more meaningful without the day-to-day distractions weighing down on you.
4- Exchange Actual Love Letters
Emails and emoji filled texts are cute, but when was the last time you whipped out some stationary and a pen and poured out your heart on paper? Not only are you able to share your feelings for each other in
a more intimate and thoughtful way, but the letters themselves become romantic keepsakes you can cherish and re-read whenever your heart desires.
5-Make A Sexy Wishlist
If you want to feel more connected between the sheets, you need to know how to truly satisfy each other. You and bae should make individual lists of exactly what makes you feel sexy and what brings
you the most pleasure and then swap. Have fun working new activities into your bedroom routines and watch the magic happen.

ACCEPT LOVE

It usually happens when your life seems to be moving along seamlessly, you’ve perfected your morning routine, planned adequately for afternoon activities, and this week’s dinner menu is working out fabulously. Your husband and kids are playing along and all in all, you feel like you finally have the upper hand on this crazy balancing act we call life.
Then, something happens, life starts to change, you suddenly lose a loved one, get laid off from work, you get diagnosed with a serious illness, or experience an unwanted life changing event, all of which brings your seamless balancing act to an abrupt halt. And, you find yourself curled up in bed,no longer caring about routines or activities and the last thing on your mind is dinner.

During these tough times, it’s easy to isolate yourself by pushing your loved ones away, lashing out at your kids, and completely disconnecting from your husband. And, in return, your marriage suffers

and your kids feel confused and somewhat abandoned.

It’s hard, but we must remember not only to accept love during the tough times, but to also give love. Again, it’s hard, but sometimes all it takes is getting out of bed and asking for a group hug. Because, you see we are called to encourage one another, to lift each other up and to trust that God is in control of every situation. So, take a deep breath and ask God to fill your heart with his love as you face the difficult days ahead, remember to accept love andencouragement from your friends and family, and don’t forget to give them back and love them in return.

THE HEALING POWER OF HONEY

Science Proves That Honey Is Good For Your Health

The use of honey by humans can be traced back some 8000 years as depicted by a variety of Stone Age paintings. The ancient Egyptians and the Greeks used honey for its healing qualities, particularly when treating open wounds and preventing infections. They also used honey for other problems like stomach ailments and fevers. But what, if any, of these uses have been proved by science and is honey beneficial to your health?

Antibacterial ability

Just as the ancients used honey to kill off bacteria, studies have actually proved they were right. Certain types of honey have been shown to have antibacterial activities for various strains of bacteria such as E.coli and salmonella. The antimicrobial activity in most honeys is due to the production of hydrogen peroxide and the fact that it is naturally acidic. In additional, honey’s healing properties are also due to the fact that it has a high viscosity and helps provide a protective barrier to prevent infections.

Honey is rich in antioxidants

Honey contains many important antioxidants The organic acids and phenolic compounds like flavonoids are what contribute to honey’s antioxidant qualities. Some studies have shown that buckwheat honey actually contains the same level of antioxidant has our blood. So, as antioxidants are known to help reduce blood pressure as well as the risk of heart attacks, honey really is good for you.

Honey can reduce cholesterol

Cholesterol has an important function in our bodies, including producing a number of hormones. It’s the bad cholesterol, Low-Density Lipoproteins (LDL) that we need to be careful of. This type of cholesterol can raise blood pressure and increase your risk of heart disease and stroke. Studies have shown that honey can reduce bad cholesterol by up to 8%. Just by adding a little in your diet everyday can help keep your cholesterol at safe levels.

How to add honey to your diet

Breakfast is a great place to include a daily dose of honey. Spread some on your toast or add to some plain yoghurt for a healthy and energising start to the day. As you continue through your day, use honey instead of sugar in your tea or coffee to sweeten it up or add some flavour. Honey can be a great addition to marinades and other dressings. Adding honey to a marinade can make meat more succulent and adding it to salad dressings can sweeten those salads up nicely.

Science seems to have proved the ancients correct. Honey certainly does have a variety of health benefits. Like anything, however, it is best used in moderation and if you’re ever in doubt about medical conditions or worried about certain symptoms, always check with your doctor first.

YOUR MOST STYLISH WAYS TO WEAR YOUR SUNGLASSES.

Image result for sunglasses
How to wear sunglasses? In the early 1900’s Hollywood stars began wearing sunglasses and set off a trend for years to follow: the idea that sunglasses can be as much for fashion as for function! Fortunately, with sunglasses like Randolph Engineering’s, you don’t have to choose between style and function. You can amp up your style while also protecting your eyes through our distortion.

How to Style and Wear your Sunglasses:
1) Nail the perfect sunglass shape that suits your face shape.

Different face shapes suit different styles of sunglasses. Fact. Nothing you do to look good in sunglasses will have a greater impact than just finding the right pair of sunnies that accentuate your features and face shape. Need help? Read our Ultimate Guide to The Best Sunglasses for Your Face Shape blog and get this step done first.

2) Suit it Up.
Pair your sunglasses with a sharp collared shirt for that ‘Don Draper iconic’ cool. Yep, nothing says style like a collared shirt paired with classic aviator sunglasses. Trust us (and Don!). For women, try pairing an elegant scarf or professional dress with a pair of metal aviators.

3) Be Rugged. Be True. How to wear sunglasses in the outdoors.

Use your sunglasses. Take them out in nature. Live. The military-spec Randolph Aviator, after all, was designed to withstand cockpit G-forces in fighter planes, so they’re right at home in the great outdoors.

4) Wear your sunglasses without ‘wearing them’.

Hook the look. Sunglasses hooked onto outside pockets or shirt collars is a great way to accessorize your outfit and make a style statement without actually ‘wearing’ them. Unless you are one of those people that wear sunglasses inside (hey, we know many!) then there’s many times when you probably find yourself propping your sunnies up on your head. Consider hooking your sunglasses instead. It’s better for the longevity of the frame plus you eliminate the nose pads getting stuck in your hair! We hate that.

CREATIVE WAYS TO GIVE YOUR MAN A MEMORABLE VALENTINE TREAT

Your guy may not expect to be wined and dined or have a dozen red roses delivered directly to his desk on Valentine’s Day, but that doesn’t mean you can’t show him you care!

START EARLY
Treat your valentine to breakfast in bed! Be creative and cut some pancakes into hearts, adding strawberries or perhaps other pretty fruits to add some color.

GET CREATIVE ON PAPER

Write down all your feelings onto paper and tell your partner exactly what they mean to you, what they bring to your life, and what you admire about them. Even mention your favorite shared memories or inside jokes and unlike emails and
texts your letter can be treasured and becomes an instant keepsake.

TRIP DOWN MEMORY LANE!
If you’re feeling adventurous pack up a picnic bag and take a long evening drive with your lover, visit all the places where you have memories together for a sweet night of reminiscing!

DATE NIGHT
Treat your sweetheart to a hot bath and a massage to start off a passionate evening. If you’re a true romantic, place candles around the bathroom and bedroom to create a romantic ambiance, use lots of bubble baths and massage oils, grab a bottle of bubbly and Take out your oven gloves and cook your valentine a romantic meal! Decorate the table with candles and roses to set the atmosphere (or get the fire roaring to make it extra cozy) and create a wonderful meal of all your partners’ favorite foods as a special treat. You could even cook the meal together or cook one course each and then create the dessert together you could even add rose petals to make it a simply unforgettable night. If the packed-out cinema isn’t your idea of a romantic night, then give it a miss and recreate a movie theater at home! Put on a romantic film and snuggle up together in bed.

HOW WELL DO YOU KNOW YOUR VAL?
Put together a gift hamper of all your partners favorite things including their favorite chocolates, bottle of wine or beer, their favorite DVD or music or even flowers; because after all it is the little details that matter.
