HOW TO MAKE BANANA MILK



Banana serves as a great snack food, from your untimely hunger to treating dry skin and dull hair, banana does it all. It is one of the most versatile fruits, which is packed with nutrients that are essential for our body. Besides this, adding bananas to your daily diet have a lot of benefits for your body.


Bananas are rich in vitamins such as B3, B5, B6 and vitamin C. Due to the presence of these vitamins, drinking banana milk increases the immunity in the body. These vitamins also aid various benefits to the nervous system.


INGREDIENTS
*4 RIPE BANANAS
*5 DATES (DABINO)
*1 CUP OF WATER
*CINNAMON HALF TEASPOON
*FLAVOR


METHOD
1. make sure you soak your dates in water.
2. slice your ripe bananas and freeze before blending it together with all ingredients.

3.blend until it is smooth.
4. enjoy.
